Purchasing and subscribing to legitimate industry music resources is the only legal way to do it but many in the industry steal and rob from the artist by illegal downloads or person-to-person trading.

As a pioneer is computer DJing I have purchased ALL my music legally, that's over 1000,000 tracks since 1977 and as my client you are welcome at anytime to view my originals CDs and vinyl records. As one of the nations first Computerized Performance System DJs, I do not use low quality MP3's at my events. Like professional sound studios I use Lossless music in a flac or wav file format which is a major difference between professional and amateur equipment used by DJs

With well over a million titles from thousands of Artists my music selection is based on the tracks that make the top-ten in a variety of formats. Even with an extensive music collection it's impossible for me to have them all. But if it makes the top ten, odds are good I own it.

During your viewing of the titles listed on my site you will notice numbering like this 5810-08. This is the title log number of that particular song, "5810" represents the CD or Album it's on and the "08" is the track number. The reason for my logging my music this way is so at anytime any individual questioning the legality of my music library, the log number is where the originally purchased music is archived for protection.

Special Requests! Are never problems with me. I understand that at specialty parties, such as weddings, corporate parties, receptions, class reunions, bar/bat mitzvahs and many others, there will be some titles you will request of me. These requests are given first priority with all traditional and non-traditional songs of your agenda with the guests having next priority.

The "BIG" question is how many songs should you request? From a purely chronological standpoint, somewhere between 50 and 60 songs can be played during a four-hour party and I recommend no more then 15 advance requests. The secret is to give me some flexibility in the planning process, my insight you can trust. Together, we will program a music program that balances your taste and the desires of your guest.
