It's a business - Not a hobby... With years of experience, thousands of satisfied clients, proven organizational preparation experience, audience reading skills, professionalism and extensive musical knowledge, I recognize and understand your event depends on more than just playing music.

I guarantee I'll complete all my contracted obligations to your complete and total satisfaction or your money back. I take full responsibility for everything that is under my personal control, and responsibility that we have discussed and is written within your event Entertainment Agreement.

If I fail to fullfill any contracted obligation you as a client is entitled to a full refund. This "My Guarantee" covers only the terms under direct control and supervision of your signed Entertainment Agreement with my company. All contracted terms must be mutually agreed upon prior to the event date.

Customer satisfaction is of greatest importance to me. It is my focus to deliver bottom line my contracted obligations to each client while earning your trust. In fact, I'm so confident in my ability to provide exceptional service that I back my commitment with "My Guarantee"*. If I do not fullfill all my contracted obligations I will gladly refund the transaction.

1. If I'm ever late for an event, I'll perform that event for free.
2. When you book iJAM Productions Inc. the day of the event iJAM Productions Inc. is at the console (no-sub-contracting) - If not that event is free.
3. My team will not consume alcohol or any mind altering item prior and/or during the event - If it happens, its free.
4. In the event of unforeseen medical emergency that renders me the need of immediate replacement, I will pay the replacement, and the event is free for you.

Every portion of the guarantee starts with one word: "My". It is a personal guarantee that is what separates me from many of the other "guarantees". Mine is in writing with an established track record – You can count on it!

iJAM Productions Inc. IS DEDICATED TO; the creation & demonstration of professional master of ceremonies, emcee. mobile and club disc performances.

My mission consists of three interrelated parts.

SERVICE
To perform, coordinate and produce events such as wedding rehearsals, ceremonies, receptions, anniversaries, corporate parties, award banquets, team building, holiday party, picnics, conventions, grand openings, motivational speaking, reunions, trade shows, religious events, Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, charity events, school dances, proms college events, spring break and summer events, parades, and professional DJ or Disc Jockey Wholesale Entertainment Printing service with quality entertainment and related products in a wide variety of innovative uses of my professional talent and career experiences.

ECONOMIC
To operate my Company on a sound financial basis of profitable growth, increasing value for a secure business foundation, and creating a secure financial back-up plan to protect my customer's commitment of my service.

SOCIAL
To operate my Company in a way that actively recognizes the central role that my business plays in the structure of society by initiating innovative ways to improve the quality of life of a broad community - All Georgia as well as the national, and international markets I participate.
