COMMUNITY & CAMPAGINE KNOWLEDGE IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS!
Are you tired of the same old, "been there, done that" community party? I can make your next community function the best you've ever had. The live Game Show can be added to picnics, awards banquets, holiday parties to incentive programs, as your Master of Ceremonies I will keep the crowd energized and involved as they learn about your community program via this interactive experience.
You’ve watched Jeopardy for years. More recently, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, Deal or No Deal all at one time took the country by storm, dominating the TV ratings each night it airs. Often times, viewers of these shows say to themselves "these questions are easy, I should be on that show"! Well, step up to the plate, I have just the thing you have been waiting for! The Live Game Show can be used for two main purposes: Fun & Entertainment - Training & Education. Lets take a look at these options for using The Live Game Show!
Fun & Entertainment
When used for fun and entertainment, questions are asked about TV & movie trivia, music, sports etc. Questions can also be tailored to any type of event - fundraiser, special promotion - even a trade show or reception dinner. This can electrify any party!
Training & Education
Studies prove that we best retain what we have learned when we are engaged in the learning process. Say goodbye to boring training meetings where your staff is fighting to stay awake.
The Live Game Show will inspire your attendees to stay attentive, retain what they've learned, and spark the spirit of competition. Training meetings will be something that your team will actually look forward to, and that will go a long way in fostering good community morale.
Here’s how it works. You or your designee can write trivia questions based on relevant job performance standards and tasks. Questions can come from a variety of sources – fundraiser cause or reason, technical questions about the program or services you offer the community , questions regarding proper safety procedures, etc. Your team uses the Game Show system to answer the questions you have provided us in advance. We can ask your attendees questions that you provide, or mix in other fun trivia questions to liven things up – the choice is yours.
This approach provides key learning concepts as:
- Planning and implementation empowerment and innovation creativity and communication morale building and reinforcement of the organizational message. Having your guests engage in healthy team-based competition increases the fun and the morale of ANY event! I'll custom-tailor games and activities to fit your event.
- Instead of relying on the dance floor to be the main focus of energy, you can employ a list of tried-and-true activities--great for all the guests that don't like to dance!
An example of one of my many Team-Building sets is "Community Olympics". We conduct "opening ceremonies", with your Team Leader or Special Guest carrying in the torch to start the games (As an actual 1996 Atlanta Olympic Torchbearer and community Hero - I'll incorporate my Official Torch). Various events such as relay races and obstacle course are held. At the end, gold, silver and bronze medals or awards are presented to the winning teams! And a special award to the individual with the most "Team Spirit".
How it Works
1. Start with a Team-Building set. This includes a Disc Jockey to play the music and sound-effects, as Master of Ceremonies I'll M.C. the games, an Activities Director to organize the games and teams, and a Home Base location. Home Base is a central location where a roaming staff-member keeps score and records.
2. Choose several different team-building activities.
Ideas can include:
- Sumo Wrestling Hoops With Free-Standing Basketball Hoop
Scavenger Hunt
Cops & Doughnuts
Gladiator Joust
Inflatable Shoes Relay
Velcro Wall
Corporate Olympics
Bungee Run
Team Karaoke
Virtual Reality
Rock Wall
Corporate Game Show
Corporate In-Jeopardy
Volleyball
Tug-o-Peace
- Human-Bowling

(As seen on Big Brother 3 and other television Shows)
3. Registration (Corporate Events, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs) I'll designate teams by handing out locking, color-coded bracelets. You can also take this one step further, and make arrangements to have different-colored shirts for each team.
4. Competitions In time-line planning we can off-set competition with party time on the dance floor, in intervals as you direct. You can have your event more competition-oriented, more dance-oriented, or anywhere in between. 5. Final Winners The score-keeper at Home Base keeps track of points, and the winning teams/individuals receive prizes.
Frequently Asked Questions"
How much space do you need to run a Team-Building event?"
A: Space varies depending on the set that you contract. Indoor events tend to require less space than outdoor events (i.g. Team-Building Karaoke competition indoors vs. Corporate Olympics outdoors). I can suggest sets and venue locations suitable to accommodate your event.
"What if guests would rather dance than compete?"
A: The smaller number of sets you contract, the more time there is for dancing. But regardless of how many sets you contract, we can halt the activities at any time, and I can direct attention back to the dance floor. In advance promotion of the event it will be clear that participation is required in the team-building events in order for the function to be a success. It's rare to have problems with this organized approach.
"What if our event is formal?"
A: I can suggest games that are suitable for formal events, as well as casual.
"What is the cost of a Team-Building event?"
A: Of course, this depends on the amount and type of sets employed. Prices can range from $2,000 to ???.
"How many staff-members will be involved with our event?"
A: The sets start with a minimum of 5 employees or team members.
"What if someone gets hurt?"
A: Injury is possible, although highly unlikely. I carry a two million dollar liability policy. In addition, at each event that a sound system is contracted, an additional one-million dollars of liability insurance is in place. I've NEVER had any injuries take place that required more than a band-aid (with the exception of a broken nail!).
"Can We Incorporate Promotion Of Our New Product?"
A: Yes. This approach can generate the buzzz and energy to jump-start a sales and marketing team...
It is also the perfect way to implement a new company program
